This desk is countertop height. I did not read the measurements as I assumed it was a standard desk height. I took 5 inches off each leg with a saw and it looks great. A little more work than I wanted to do but this is a solid well constructed desk. The top is preassembled you just have to assemble the legs. Very easy. It took me forever and a day to find the perfect handleset for my front door. I must’ve looked at close to a hundred options online. Our house was built in the 1970s, and the original levered doorknob and separate key lock were set pretty close to the door frame, so I was determined to find something that matched the existing footprint — but in a matte black finish. Love that it is solid acacia wood and the natural color is really nice in person. At this price point, its a really nice desk - much better than any manufactured wood table.
