Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! It heats up to 150 degrees in about 20 to 25 minutes. One of the main reasons I chose this sauna was because of the wattage. I did a lot of research before buying since there is such a wide price range, and higher wattage really does make a difference in how quickly and efficiently it heats. Love my new sauna seems to work well goes up to 140°. It takes me about 20 minutes to warm it up. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Went together pretty easily as advertised, and we are terrible at assembling. Packaging was perfect, no damage. Looks gorgeous, works great, listening to Bluetooth tunes through ceiling speakers and light therapy is rolling. It’s exactly what we wanted. Check the bottom of the box for paperwork showing what screws to use for what parts. There is a separate page not i. The manual for the screws and plastic washer for the door handles. The instructions don’t specifically say when to screw parts in but you can figure it out. Wayfair has competitive pricing and had best ship dates when I ordered. We ordered a seat cushion and the back rests are a must, but they need to be screwed in. The thing I don’t like is the cords above to the ceiling. I never give 5 stars but did!. Gail. MN. If you can only set the 149℉ and can not set the temperature up to 194℉, please don't worry, just simply press and hold the temperature "➖ "button for about 40~60 seconds to hear two ticks to switch to high temperature mode. 2. All the wiring must be ensured to be connected to the plugs of the corresponding labels/colours; otherwise, the product will not work properly. 3. The door of the sauna can be opened from both the inside and outside. If you find the door of your sauna room opens inward, you can try to enter the sauna first then push the glass door outward to keep it open. We suggest opening the door outward so that the sealing strip on the door can fit closely when in use. 4. Since the sauna stone contains natural minerals, it may have a certain smell. We suggest using the sauna stones for the first and second time by opening the door and dry heat it. Wait until there is no smell before entering the sauna room to enjoy the sauna. Please note when using the sauna stove, do not always dry heat it, after putting in the sauna stone and wait for the sauna stove wire to heat up and turn red, water a small amount on the sauna stone.
