This is the floor of my dreams. I am so happy. First of all, it looks just like the product page photo. The sample I ordered was darker, had little or no red tones, just sort of flat looking. The customer photos are what convinced me to take a chance and I am so glad I did. The finish is smooth and glossy, the red tones gleam. It is so elegant. I LOVE it! Update: 11 months later, I still love this flooring. Maintenance has required a learning curve. It does show dirt and dust quite a bit and my cats leave little paw prints everywhere so it needs to be cleaned a few times a week, which I don't love. I discovered the best way to clean it is with a dish soap and water solution (a few drops of dish soap to about a quart of water) sprayed on a microfiber mop pad and not directly on the floor. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. The Armor SX5000 WB is a PRO-Grade water-based penetrating water-repellent sealer. The Armor SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete.
