Es de leather y puedes moverla de lado a lado no una vuelta 360 pero si puedes puedes moverte de lado a lado. This bar chair is very easy to assemble, it took me to put it all together for about 20-25 minutes each. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Looks just like the picture and is perfect for what we wanted. Seems very sturdy. Only complaint is that the holes on one of four stools did not match up perfectly which made assembly a bit of a struggle.
