I would give this zero stars if it were possible. To start, the package arrived with absolutely nothing included! It was missing numerous essential parts required for the sink to function. Furthermore, my plumber had to go through a grueling, repetitive process of installing and uninstalling the unit multiple times because it leaked from the back regardless of what was tried. We ended up spending far more on labor and additional components than the actual cost of the sink. To make matters worse, despite all the time, money, and energy invested, I now have to purchase an entirely new sink since this one is clearly defective. Very solid shelf. Attaching the brackets to the actual shelf wasn't difficult, but one of the screws did not screws all the way to the shelf. It ended up rotating left and right, but not moving positions. Ended up having to pull out the screw and using a different self tapping screw. Once that issue was fixed, attaching to the wall went quick. Two brackets were able to screw into studs while the third one was installed with anchors. Folding the table down completely flat to the wall was hard and it didn't want to lay flat at first. Took a few tries and adjustments before it worked. Also, it does click into place when folding it up. Just worried how it will hold up once we start putting weight one it. If I had to improve anything, it would be two things, I would appreciate dials that were easier to read. The writing on them is small and not hard to see in low light. The other thing is the indicator bell when the oven reaches temperature is faint and it's not as obvious to read when the temperature is reached. But otherwise I love everything about it!
