I put this at a 4 not for quality but for installation. It is difficult to install. Drilling in concrete requires a hammer drill. I purchased the 7" green metal posts to fence off some bushes from the deer. The posts are of a sturdy metal and well made. The soil I have has the consistency of sand and dirt, so the posts slide into the dirt easily. The posts come with an instruction booklet, nuts, bolts, metal hooks and zip ties. I got this screening for privacy from human neighbors and animal neighbors. My dogs are easily riled up by people that cut through the yaranimals that pass through , as well. This gives me a better sense of privacy, while also blocking things from my dogs some, too. Its a fabric of types, so its understandable that it has some give and stretch. I am still just trying to figure out how to work with that, which is difficult and Im hoping will be better with some time upright. I got mine for taller fences than mine, because I also have animals trying to come under the fence, and I thought staking it down to the ground at the bottom might help with that.
