Very pleased with the awning. Fits the space just right. Assembly was not overly difficult but the instructions could have been a bit more detailed. I looked at several videos related to assembly of the out sunning awnings and even though they were not for this exact awning it helped immensely. I was able to do the complete assembly by myself but needed help to lift the awning into place on the brackets. I mounted the brackets in the rim joist between the first and second floors... as such I needed to purchase some lag screws as the anchors provided with the awning were suited more to mounting on brick or concrete. We recently installed a smart toilet seat and overall I’m really impressed with it. Pros It flushes on its own which is super convenient The heated seat is amazing especially in the colder months The bidet feature is a game changer Warm water makes it feel comfortable and not shocking at all Cons The mounting brackets were too big for the hole on the bottom of our toilet. My husband had to modify them to make everything fit properly. Overall Once installed it works great and feels like a huge upgrade to our bathroom.
