This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. And it gives NO warning when it decides to break. One morning I got up and NOTHING. I had power, it lit up and made the usual noises, but the water would not go into the brewer. More recently, I had one that would not hold water in the reservoir. I'd find water all over my countertop and on the floor the next morning.
