These look amazing once we finally got them installed. It can be quite tricky to cut correctly, and it was frustrating enough for my husband that it took him years (and a contractor) to finally get them all put up. Be mindful also that you need to make sure they end at a perpendicular wall or door trim. We had originally planned on just doing our main living room, but had to buy extra to do the adjacent hallway because there wouldnt have been a clean way to transition into another type of moulding. They are not the easiest to cut, and we did end up hiring a contractor to finish the work... but they look gorgeous now that they are finally finished. Couldnt be happier with the finished look. The Colony Round Front toilet is a space saver, but this High Efficiency Toilet offers great value, price and performance. With excellent flush performance using 20% less water compared to a standard ultra low flush 1.6 gpf (gallons per flush) toilet.

Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well.
