I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase! I added more cabinets to my kitchen and wanted to get the same hardware as I have on my other cabinets. I love this desk! To simplify our golden years we purchased a 2100 sf home. For the office I ordered this desk in Brown (47.23” width) and it fits perfectly. It is well made, the trim and color variation are lovely. Very simple to assemble for two people by attaching the legs to desk. Everything was securely wrapped and padded when boxed for shipment. I no longer need a deep file drawer, as I don’t keep tons of files these days. (I use a portable file box tote that is easily accessible and ready to transport during an emergency). It is painted with a chalk type paint, very flat, no sheen, there are 2 pieces, the hutch and bottom drawers, it is very heavy and solid, took 3 men to lift the hutch onto the bottom drawers. There are no holes for electrical/cable cords, we had to drill those ourselves. The cabinet was missing 2 shelves as well as 1 drawer with putty filler, there was a mistake when they drilled the holes for the hardware pulls.
