There are little legs on the bottoms of each corner hardware, with a little rubber foot. The is nice because the glass itself is setting up (and not on) the mantel surface. Fits perfectly on our glass fire pit table. We get a cross wind so this contains the flame. We can set drinks down and put our feet up without getting burned. Very pretty. A little difficult attaching each piece of glass and screwing them together with the attachments (I don’t know what those are called). That took awhile. You can’t screw everything tight at first.
