I was very pleased with the size and appearance of the two vases exactly what I needed. However, the problem was separating the vases once I removed them from the very sturdy box. They shipped stacked together inside the box and wrapped in plastic, which was probably cost effective, but very impractical from a customers perspective. Long story short, I sprayed WD-40 along the rim and plastic, waited 5 mins, lightly tapped along the rim with a hamper, then pulled on the plastic, and they came a part easily at that point. Made of lightweight concrete and weather-resistant fiberglass through an ecofriendly manufacturing process, and has no rubber, plastic, or steel. It has all the advantages of concrete such as strength, durability, weather, and damage resistance, has strong UV resistant ability, and stays well in the wind, rain, and hot, and cold seasons.

Lightweight and easy to carry and move around. I needed a planter with a large enough opening and same width bowl for an outdoor steel cactus. This is the only non-plastic planter I have found with an opening that is truly 19 inches. Most taper inward just below the rim or gradually narrow toward the bottom. My only complaint in that I really, really wanted the iron oxide color, but it has been out of stock forever, so I had to settle for the black. Still very happy with the purchase and the product.
