I had to return this but only because I thought I had ordered polished and this is a brushed finish. The fixture is super heavy duty. This tub is very impressive, my contractor and plumber really liked the tub. It was just installed so I haven’t actually gotten in it yet. The lights come on and the jets work. But I don’t know how to change the radio station and the glass is a little high so if your a little bit older it would be hard to lift your leg so high to get in and out the tub. The tub is beautiful and I can't believe the price for a stone resin tub. I was quoted more for an acrylic tub, which would have cheapened the overall look of my bathroom remodel. It was perfectly crated and undamaged. It took 4 men huffing and puffing to haul it to my primary bath, but it was just installed and all is working well. A few things to note: it is thinner than I imagined it to be based on the weight, so I hope it doesn't mean it is more fragile in the long term. the matte will definitely get scuffs when installing, but it comes right out with the sander..
