It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. This tub is very impressive, my contractor and plumber really liked the tub. It was just installed so I haven’t actually gotten in it yet. The lights come on and the jets work. But I don’t know how to change the radio station and the glass is a little high so if your a little bit older it would be hard to lift your leg so high to get in and out the tub.
