We could never find a sleeper sofa that was comfortable enough to actually sleep on. This daybed was the solution. The bed was easy to put together and except for a Phillips head screwdriver, they provided all the parts and tools needed. The velvet fabric is very pretty. I was able to build the bed on my own except putting up the back panel. I needed my husband's help and strength to line up the holes. My daughter loves her new bed. Overall the bed seems fairly solid. When putting it together the predrilled holes for the center support were in the wrong spot and the trundle wouldn’t fit. Wayfair offered 15 back or replacement parts. We took the partial refund and drilled our own holes. We used an 8inch mattress and it worked perfectly. The trundle is easy for my 7yr old to pull out. Wanted this for someone who would be sleeping and watching television in the bedroom frequently and there wasn’t space for a separate seating area. I paid for assembly and the person was able to build it without any issues. The drawers below are a little flimsy, but love the extra added storage under the bed.
