This bed is so freaking cute to me! It did take my son in law and step son about 4 hours to put together just because there are so many pieces to this bed with shelvesetc but I love it. I love this day bed. Not sure how comfy it will be for sleeping, but it is comfy for napping! I wish that the two pieces were connected so when you set it up as a queen size bed the two cushions stayed together.. but I guess I'll have to depend on the sheets and matress pads to do that. Or maybe buy a gap filler. Even if it came with a strip of velcro you could attach when you fold it out. The corners were not as tight and square as the picture. It takes a little more effort to get the inserts stuffed into the covers, but it works. Overall the assembly was easy and took about 45 minutes. It is very sturdy and well made otherwise.. Kristen. We could never find a sleeper sofa that was comfortable enough to actually sleep on. This daybed was the solution. The bed was easy to put together and except for a Phillips head screwdriver, they provided all the parts and tools needed. The velvet fabric is very pretty. We purchased a twin size Nectar Sleep mattress and added a bunkie board underneath for stability and everything fit perfectly. Such a pretty daybed! I’ll never buy another pullout couch again..
