I am not going to lie. I was leery, but my expectations were exceeded just on the packaging alone! Took me about an hour to put together, instructions were easy-ish to follow. The operation is smooth, very quiet when moving up/down. The wiring threw me off a bit, as the light controller is in the box with the desk and everything else is in the box with the frame. I am very pleased, it feels sturdy. Caution, the box with the frame is much heavier than expected, but you can tell quality went into the making. Didn't have to program the motors or calibrate them. The cup holder is a nice touch for sure! I do wish it came with a PC tower holder, but there was room on top for the desktop. I am a developer, not a gamer, but it's perfect for my setup! The price is higher than many of the others but I chose this one, because the top is a solid piece and not split like a majority of the others. Ordering from Wayfair was excellent, quick and damage free. The manufacturer product setup instructions though horribly written, no written instructions with the product but found them online. The glass top was shipped very well, that i don't know how to take off the protection cover, with 2 screws written labeled not to unscrew. Do i assume the unlabeled screws can be unscrewed. Overall, this is a good value for the money. It feels very substantial and works exactly as expected once its set up. However, it is quite hard to put together the included instructions are poor, so I had to resort to online help. A couple of things to keep in mind the charging is very slow, and when you fold the unit up, you do need to completely unload any items stored in the pockets.
