True convection features a third element and a single fan to distribute heat throughout the oven for faster and more even multi-rack baking.

Oven was received and had damaged edges that were broken, I contacted the help desk and was told to contact GE , the oven was ordered from Wayfair and payment was made to Wayfair not GE.
