I purchased this for a home build so I have not installed or used yet. ***Post installation review: Sometimes something too good to be true actually is. I would not rate this 5 stars if I had a "re-do", I would rate it 3 stars. The system works and it's almost as pictured. The set came wrapped and I checked to make sure everything was included and it was. The problem is that everything was polished EXCEPT for the bar - it was a brushed finish. So now I have a shower system that has two finishes. It may not bother some people, but it bothers me. I just wish that information would have been disclosed. The single-mode showerhead runs at an eco-friendly low flow rate of 1.5 GPM to conserve water and energy without sacrificing performance. Its rubber nozzles make the showerhead simple to clean, too. The slide bar for the hand shower is also an ADA-approved grab bar to stabilize yourself in and around your shower.
