I replaced my 20 year old grill with this Napoleon 700 series grill. The technology on this grill has come a long way compared to my old grill. Cooks great, doesn’t flare up like my old grill. It has an insulated hood that keeps a consistent temperature. I used the rotisserie for the first time this weekend and it worked great. I couldn’t believe how quiet it was. With the back infrared burner it cooked very evenly. The lights on the grill work great for cooking at night and they look pretty cool too. This Presenza Laundry Sink is perfect for what I need without spending thousands on a decent quality sink to replace a cheap plastic one I had for way too long. I have been waiting a while to find a sink that would fit into my space and also wide and deep enough for my dog to fit into. The cabinet came unassembled but my husband said it was pretty easy to put together and we were both impressed it had soft close doors! We had a plumber install the sink, so I cannot comment if it is difficult as a DYI; however, our plumber was very pleased how everything fit nicely into place. The faucet is impressive, but it's new! The glass is copper free and has a safety film backing which holds the glass in place in case of shattering. All mirrors ship in drop proof honeycomb cardboard packaging.
