I take care of entryway planters at our little church. The ones I have had there for six years had come apart and were leaking at the bottom. While I have not yet brought this to Church or put potting mix in or planted it yet still chilly at night in Minnesota, looking at the construction of this one I am very highly satisfied. I bought this barrel and the diverter kit separately. Works best when you convert the top to a planter . This barrel is sturdy and was compatible with the eco station diverter kit. I bought 2 , and curiously enough one barrel came with 2 brass spigots and the other came with just one plastic spigot … plastic spigot does not look sturdy.. also the spigot cut out is low so you may want to elevate barrel for sufficient pressure, although you could cut your own hole and insert a spigot.
