With the cut-out measurements available on Wayfair, our contractor was able to rough out the walls before the niches arrived, and they arrived quickly! Absolutely in love with this sink! We get tons of complaints on it too. Decided to go with above mount for two reasons, one to avoid having a splash effect from the faucet being so tall and two to show off the edge detail of the sink. I like both under and above mounted sinks but I felt for my kitchen I wanted the sink to be the focal point and have that wow factor.
