I received this chair a few days ago and I finally had a full day of using it so I can write an accurate review. I work two remote jobs and I am a full time graduate student, so I spend 12-16 hours per day at my desk. A comfortable chair is an absolute must. My last chair also came from Wayfair and was fantastic, but it was fine for an upgrade. This chair is phenomenal! The green color is so beautiful and fits my office aesthetic perfectly. It's so comfortable and well-built. I could take or leave the massage feature. It's a heavy buzz, at best. The heat is great! Doesn't get super warm, but definitely enough to know it's on. The chair arrived as scheduled, was easy to assemble. To be fair I've done probably 50 different chairs due to working in Hotels. The chair looks great and is fairly comfortable. There are a few things to note and consider that are not deficiencies. It is a large chair, and heavy duty. Because of this the lowest height is my standard setting, at this height, the arms will not go under my desk which has a drawer...probably 2" too high. It does not have any lumbar adjustment, no problem, just a note and for those wondering how thick the PU leather is, the answer is not very. If you have cats and they are allowed near this chair, di not expect it to remain nice. I had a claw mark the first day and covered it with a blanket...that helps but does not stop it. Lastly, the foot rest is ok, I don't love the style/design but it's functional. Also. How flat does it lay, it is not flat but it is a decent recline that one could nap in. I have to admit that this is the classiest, softest, supportive, comfortable office chair that Ive ever used. The cushioning is very thick and plush. Im glad that I got the lighter color, as it shows off the sculpted detail of the back. The chair is exceptionally heavy and sturdy.
