This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. Really love this unit for creating more space in my bathroom in a stylish way. I put it together on my own in about 1.5hrs, with two people it would be quicker and easier - but definitely manageable on your own. Took a star away as if you have a baseboard the screws provided to anchor it to the wall are not long enough and youll need to go out and buy longer ones yourself.
