I'm very happy with this sink, as our old one was smaller, much shallower, and had two sections that made it difficult to wash large dishes. I love having a wide, deep sink! Also, we have shallow counters, and I had a difficult time finding a sink that would fit. This one fit perfectly! I think your internet sales is lacking common sense and discernment. When I spoke to one of your reps I asked if they could verify the dimensions of the sink. They of course said yes and verified it without looking at the product. I have submitted pictures to point out the obvious.
