I got this 14,000 BTU window AC for my workshop here in Florida, and honestly it’s been a lifesaver in the heat. My shop gets brutally hot during the afternoons, especially with tools running and the sun beating on the building, but this unit cools the space down way faster than I expected. Within about 15-20 minutes you can actually feel a huge difference. Installation was pretty straightforward, and once mounted it feels solid and secure. I can’t really tell the difference, but from the moment it first turned on it stayed blue so maybe my air quality wasn’t very bad. I will say it would be much more convenient if this unit had a handle.
