I ordered the teal. The color matched the online image. The towels are soft and effective for drying, but they are on the thin side. I took a star off because each item had three tags to remove. They did not go easily. It took 30 minutes just to get them ready to wash. After washing and drying there were a few loose threads around the binding, but I think they will hold up fine. I've had mine for several years and have been very pleased with it in the last month I've had an issue with it reading a code of F1 and F2 and when I got to talk to somebody from Bissell they said that the machine is no more made and they couldn't help me with figuring out the issue I have to take it in for service other than that it's worked great and it still works now just replace the filters.
