Instructions were entirely too confusing but I got it done. Super Heavy so be prepared. It cools my room fairly quickly. I couldn’t set it up to wi-fi but that doesn’t affect the functionality. I like the size for my very small shop. I like the features for the most part. The one feature that was in the Wayfair "details" description is that the Swing mode operates both the vertical and horizontal louvers. On mine, only the horizontal louvers swing back and forth. The vertical louvers don't move at all. If it's just mine and a defect, it's not worth my sending back. While it's a help, at the end of the day, it is after all just a fan with a few more features and a remote. Yes, the cold packs help somewhat but they're not refrigerant.
