Nice toilet, one should pay attention to the water supply as mine interfered with the body of the toilet! I had to replace it with a 1/4 turn valve. Also anyone who is replacing a Toto toilet should leave the old mounting bracket in place as the screws will fit into the old plastic mounts. This way you only have to drill 2 holes for the trap.. I-spring’s customer support is exemplary and I am quite pleased with the filter system that I purchased. I also love the fact that the customer support isn’t outsourced to a foreign country. I bought the i-spring jumbo spin down sediment 50 micron filter because of the design and re-usable filter. However, after we installed the system we soon realized that the micron size was too small for our needs. I reached out to the customer support to learn if they had any recommendations. I had the pleasure of working with Sean from customer support who took a genuine interest helping find a solution for my situation. He took the time to review my water lab results and other material that I presented and concluded that I needed a larger sized micron screen and sent me a 200 micron filter. The design of the product is solid. I have the automatic flushing version. I do wish that there was an option programmed into the settings where you could drain the water longer than 90 sec intervals. The product did come with a manual knob but we had trouble getting that to work so we have been using pliers to turn open the valve. I will be recommending this product to a couple of my neighbors. Thank you I-Spring and Sean! 08/22/25 Update After 3 years of using this product it is still holding up well. Recently the o-ring shrink which caused the system to heavily leak. I went to the website to order a replacement o-ring and discovered that they were out of stock due to tariff issues. I called iSpring and had the pleasure of talking to Michele.
