This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. I’ve been using my sauna every single day since we got it and I honestly love it. It has become part of my daily routine! My husband put it together in about 5 hours. The instructions were a bit difficult to follow, but he was able to figure it out. We did have to change the outlet because the plug was different but it was an easy swap. It heats up to 150 degrees in about 20 to 25 minutes. One of the main reasons I chose this sauna was because of the wattage. I did a lot of research before buying since there is such a wide price range, and higher wattage really does make a difference in how quickly and efficiently it heats. This one definitely delivers on that. It comfortably fits both my husband and me. I also love that it connects to my phone via Bluetooth so we can play music while we’re in there.
