Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. Decently constructed, but not all stainless- there's plastic where they could get away with it. The glass seems like a good idea, but it gets dirty and doesn't clean well or easily. Glad that wasn't a deciding purchase factor. But the grates are good and after 4 years of frequent (2-4x per week) use, the burner shields are still holding up fine. This is an amazing grill. It has an upper and lower rack to cook your foods. It also has a side burner you can use to cook or warm food and on the opposite side, there is a small food prep area. I would have like the prep larger so I could have more space to work. A thermometer is included on the lid to help monitor the temperature of the grill while in use. You can adjust the temperature of the food with the 3 burners. There is a small drip container that hangs underneath the grill to catch drippings as when you grill your food. The addition of 2 side wheels makes transporting this grill a less of a task. However, I wish it had a handle bar to make moving the grill more easy. This grill did not come preassembled. There were so many parts and pieces til it took my husband several hours to assemble. This is a gas grill and you will need to get a small propane tank to operate it. Overalls this is a nice griddle. Well packed, but the lid did have a couple of very minor dents- not enough I’m worried about it. Assembly was what I expected. Took about an hour. Pretty solid frame overall. Lots of surface area to cook. I can’t imagine using the full surface. Seems as well made as other name brands. Only downside is burner setup *IF* you want to convert to natural gas. Side burner is connected to propane inlet, so no easy way to convert it. If you remove the side burner, you can connect a natural gas hose to the griddle burners and replace the three orifices. Overall very pleased.. Michael. TX. Sun May 24 2026
