I’ve grown to hate appliances with overly complicated computers in them. They constantly break and never work well. I love that this stove only has the features you need for cooking. The burners work very well and are true to the temperatures you select. I used to have Cafe ranges and they all would get way too hot and were more difficult to control. This Kucht range is more true and is much easier to cook with. You can still get things scorching hot if you want, but you can also gently simmer. One thing I don’t like is that the broiler is only down the center of the oven. I often finish dishes off under the broiler to get things browned quickly on top. The broiler feature will only work on things near the center so you can’t get an even broil over a casserole for instance. Thankfully I have a second oven or this would be a big issue for me. The other slight issue is that parts of the exterior get quite warm when the oven on. Especially near the bottom. Not great when young kids are in the house. This is a great range hood fan and I researched many many different ones before coming across this one. It's actually a Canadian company but the actual company was out of stock . Wayfair was as well but their back order came in pretty quickly. The hood is gorgeous with everything I wanted it to have ( 4 lights, not just 2 and they're DIMMABLE!!), 2 simple dials; one for lights and one for fan speed ( no ugly black electronic panel with yet another clock..lol) and it's pretty quiet, even on the highest speed which is a powerful 750 cfm. First of all the black champagne bronze is shockingly gorgeous! The legs make it look like furniture. This arrived just in time for my Memorial Day party with 80 guest. My caterer used my oven and said it worked like their commercial oven at restaurant. I was able to cook breakfast next day for 23 people with ease. Since then I’ve Baked and used oven everyday and I have to say,so far I’m in love with this range. Made of high quality. Small oven fits appetizers or sides . This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is.
