I’ve grown to hate appliances with overly complicated computers in them. They constantly break and never work well. I love that this stove only has the features you need for cooking. The burners work very well and are true to the temperatures you select. I used to have Cafe ranges and they all would get way too hot and were more difficult to control. This Kucht range is more true and is much easier to cook with. You can still get things scorching hot if you want, but you can also gently simmer. One thing I don’t like is that the broiler is only down the center of the oven. I often finish dishes off under the broiler to get things browned quickly on top. The broiler feature will only work on things near the center so you can’t get an even broil over a casserole for instance. Thankfully I have a second oven or this would be a big issue for me. The other slight issue is that parts of the exterior get quite warm when the oven on. Especially near the bottom. Not great when young kids are in the house. First of all the black champagne bronze is shockingly gorgeous! The legs make it look like furniture. This arrived just in time for my Memorial Day party with 80 guest. My caterer used my oven and said it worked like their commercial oven at restaurant. I was able to cook breakfast next day for 23 people with ease. Since then I’ve Baked and used oven everyday and I have to say,so far I’m in love with this range. Made of high quality. Small oven fits appetizers or sides . The seamlessly fits with custom cabinetry wide without the need for a liner. High performance with 1100 CFM dual blower and operates very quietly. It offers stainless steel baffle filters, LED lights, electronic button control, and ECO mode technology. The ECO mode allows the hood to turn on automatically for 10 minutes every hour to remove unwanted air particles without having to manually turn them on and off.

We just had it installed yesterday. Recommend that you get a print out of the specifications and the installation. From what I was able to read in Wayfare’s description section, we would be able to install the unit flush with the ceiling. And unfortunately, because I didn’t have printed specifications we had to drop down the unit a foot from the ceiling. Not the inconspicuous flush mount unit and I was hoping for. According to my contractor, this was a very complicated unit to install. To be fair this is a relatively new category of range top hoods that are being offered. Pleased with the noise level, but have yet to cook with it. Read reviews from other previous purchasers, and a common statement was how small the remote controller was.
