I’m a bit disappointed with this cabinet organizer. The surface shows smudges from my hands very easily, which makes it look messy quickly. Installing the handles was frustrating, the screws weren’t long enough, so one handle is still loose. The gaps between the doors also look a little odd. On top of that, one of the door hinges arrived dented, so we had to purchase a new pack ourselves. Strangely, the set came with extras of every other screw except for the door hinges. Looks great and very solid construction. Would definitely purchase again. Description says real wood and it is real wood not particle or press board. Pine with a baked on finish which looks fantastic. Assembly is simple and the directions are straightforward. Everything aligned perfectly and it took about 45 min to assemble both boxes. This is the second Seville cabinet we have gotten and I would buy more. They are sturdy and have great directions and simple design which make them easy to assemble for 1 person. 1 issue with this 24" version is that the holes for cables in the back are too small for most of our 3 prong power cables - the hole is too small if there is even a small tip attached to end piece - many of our power cables have multiple outlets so we need to pass the male end through and they generally don't fit. The other thing to note - but definitely not of much concern to us, was that the little grey "EZ assembly" (something like that) pieces cannot just be pushed in by hand. We had to hammer them as part of the door hanging which is the only place we used them. These little grey pieces were not part of our larger cabinet - which we built first - so we kind of ignored/missed using them in other places, no doubt. Finally, our larger version of this cabinet has wheels but this one does not - wish I had noticed that earlier. If the cable holes were larger and if it had come with wheels, it would easily be a 5.. Bought this kitchen pantry for a weirdly shaped part of my kitchen. It actually fits perfectly, with not even a millimeter to spare in terms of the width. The only issue, and what is preventing me from giving it five stars, is that the door mechanism is slightly off-level. When all the doors are closed, the left door doesn't quite line up with the right door, and this also causes a bit of rubbing at the top of the pantry. While it would be possible to fix this myself, I simply used the pre-marked indicators of where to screw the bolts into. To fix the problem, I would have to go to great lengths to measure, drill, and mount the doors so that the alignment was perfect. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. Cabinet arrived on time and very well packed. Nothing was damaged. It had all parts and directions were fairly easy to follow. You need two people for putting doors on and for putting the top part of hutch onto the bottom cabinet. Gotta align the anchor pieces into the holes while holding up all the weight. Took me about 3 hours by myself plus another hour to put doors on and get them hanging straight when closed. Keurig lid def doesn’t open up all the way, so will have to buy something to put underneath to slide it out (to drop in pods). It looks great but is very dark inside so I will be mounting some batterymotion lights underneath to illuminate inside the upper cabinet and the recessed area where coffee pot is. Looks good for price. Treat it gently and it should last in place quite a few years. I think it might not stand up to kids and lots of rough use on a daily basis. Drawer doesn’t slide very easily and the whole cabinet is laminate coated particle board, so you can’t really wrack it back and forth a lot without the joints wearing out. Fairly easy to assemble, my husband did it by himself fairly quickly. It looks very nice, feels sturdy and holds a lot.
