A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. The Installation I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to install. The provided instructions were great—clear, logical, and easy to follow. Additionally, the included alignment guide was a fantastic touch that made the setup much more precise and straightforward. The Sizing (A Note for Beginners) The only challenge I faced was deciding on the final dimensions. Despite measuring four separate times to be certain, my lack of experience in this area made the sizing process a bit confusing. I really love the shelf, but looking at it now, I do wish I would have ordered it one inch wider to fully capture the potential of the space. Important Review! Overall the drawer fridge is fine. Does and appears as described however unpon installation with the feet, the height is .5” taller than description. For under counter applications, this is critical. This needs to be corrected by the description or manufacturer. As you could see, it came in to play for my bar set up.
