I received this as part of a tried and true program, and this ink is beautiful. It is well packaged/protected with foam and bubble wrap. This is a great picture frame. It can be used as an 11 by 17 with a mat or as a 24 by 30 poster frame. It came well pacakaged with protective screen cover on both sides of the plexy glass. Do not, I repeat, Do not get the ‘GE Installation’ service with this appliance. Even if you buy an installation kit. The technician will come in, excuse in hand, and will tell you that any dust, or light green on the gas pipe disallows them to service the installation. (When plumbers test for gas leaks upon installation they spray a little water on the line, leading to a light green) Be ready with your own plumber on the day of delivery.
