Ordered Friday, arrived Monday - VERY fast service. Shower pan was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. I like the customizable shelves. Plan ahead take inventory of the sizes and weights of the things (storage tubs, boxes, etc.) you want to store to decide the perfect sizing for the shelves because once you build it, you don’t want to dismantle it for adjustments. Also, assemble this in the place you plan to keep it. The shelves are lined with particle board, which is flimsy but not concerning for me given this unit sits in a dark storage closet.
