Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Great upgrade from a standard toilette . Built in bidet is perfect solution since we did not have space for a separate European style bidet . We chose a rectangular stainless steel undermount sink for our new outdoor kitchen space and I already love the direction it’s going. The sharp, clean lines give it a really modern look and it feels like it’s going to elevate the entire setup. The size is exactly what I was looking for and should provide plenty of usable space for prepping and cleaning outdoors. The front offset drain was a big selling point since it keeps it out of the main working area and makes the basin feel more open and functional. I also love that it includes a drain basket, such a simple but thoughtful detail. We did hit a minor setback with our timeline so it’s still in the box and not installed yet, but I’ll be sharing updated photos as soon as it’s in place. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power.
