This bad boy arrived very well packaged. I was surprised how heavy it felt. The unit by itself is not heavy at all but looks like its made to last high with quality material. The tub is as perfect as the picture. The box was a little pushed in on one side and one of the delivery men quickly opened the box and it appeared there was no damage.
