The instructions state to contact the manufacturer of the bed rather than Wayfair if there is a problem. I did that and then was told that I needed to contact Wayfair. Great that wasn’t too hard to assemble. I am a 52 year-old small woman and completed it myself in a few hours. The footboard has a flaw where the seam of the rectangle meets the frame. It came with two sets of legs for different height options. It is a stable and sturdy piece. FYI - a standard boxspring will be visible above the side rails.
