We had a problem with one piece being broken but Wayfair and the maker of the bed sent a replacement. We only waited a few days. The bed is very nice. My only problem with the bed is that it says to buy a 8” or 12” mattress for the trundle. We purchased the 8” and we are unable to push the trundle back under the bed. Nice looking in the walnut color. Sturdy, except the base where the mattress sits has no depth for an inlay, so the mattress can slide from side to side. Ease of ordering was great. Delivery in less than a week was nice. We looked but couldn't find a matching nightstand or other so we could outfit a smaller guest room.
