Stove arrived in perfect condition! Looks nice! Works very well produces good heat… only complaints would be the pellets don’t go down well in hopper when you are down to about 10-15lbs. Stove will shut off due to low fire because of this. You must reach in and pile up pellets in center over auger area when getting lower on pellets. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would.
