Super quiet. I only wish I’d checked the wiring diagram. To work the nightlight, fan, and regular light all separately you’re gonna need 3 switches in your bathroom. We only had two and we installed extra lights above the shower so we went with one switch to work the shower lights and one that works both the fan and light together. I purchased the Shark FlexBreeze fan in 2024 with my own money, and it has exceeded my expectations. My husband had gone through three fans in 10 years, and shortly after I bought this fan (for myself), fan #3 quit working. He ended up taking over my FlexBreeze, and despite being skeptical at first because it was much smaller and a little bit quieter than his previous fans, he quickly became a huge fan of it (pun intended)! Do not let the size of this fan fool you, it provides excellent airflow and is surprisingly powerful. The stand offers more flexibility than the pedestal fans we grew up with, allowing you tilt the head in just the right direction. The heavy base also keeps it stable, which is important in our house with dogs running around. The standout feature for us is the built-in battery. We live in a rural area where power outages happen, and we are pretty dependent on having our fan on to sleep. The battery allows the fan to run on a low to medium setting, giving us enough airflow and white noise to comfortably fall asleep. It has seriously been a lifesaver for us. Another feature I really like is its versatility. The fan can be removed from its base and be used as a smaller portable fan, making it easy to pack for vacations and trips so you don’t have to sleep without your fan. Our model came with the CoolMist attachment and a car charger. This fan also features a remote. While we have not used the misting feature or car charger yet, I do appreciate those options. We also do not use the remote very often, but it is nice to have when needed. My husband works swing shift, so this fan gets a lot of use since we both sleep with it. The previous fans we purchased were much cheaper, so I wanted to see how well this held up before reviewing it. After almost 2 years of heavy use, it is still working great. At some point, we actually plan to purchase another one for our son, and I would also like one for myself again… or maybe convince my husband to give mine back! I picked this color specifically for me, after all, which I adore. We own many Shark/Ninja products and have consistently had great experiences with them, and this fan is no exception. I am so excited for this mini split unit. Getting a new central air conditioner is just not in the cards right now. This is a very affordable price for the amount of ac and heat that you are getting. Things of note, we had to buy a specialty drill bit to be able to install the units properly. We live in a brick house and needed to be able to drill through the brick. The lines that connect from outside to inside need about a 2 inch diameter hole to pass through. We also decided to buy a rack so that we could hang the main condenser above the ground. We were not able to install this by ourselves and had to call for reinforcements via an HVAC guy. Once everything is finished being installed I will update with the finished product! UPDATE: like others have posted, you will need a special HVAC vacuum to start the unit. You will also need special wire and a 220 outlet to connect to.
