Overall this is a decent product. I took a star off because of how long it took to assemble and the fact that one of the metal rods had two incorrectly shaped holes - oval instead of circular - forcing us to have to use a special metal drilling saw to correct the holes in order to make the bolts fit through. The only reason I gave a four instead of a five is that the trays on the ends are very cheap feeling and flimsy. I do not expect that they will last long.
