Instructions are very bad. I have it half assembled and must now undo it and reassemble differently. The instructions are not clear as to part orientation. The pictures are too small to show the correct way to orient pieces. What seemed obvious was wrong. In addition there are many spelling errors in the instructions. Well packed. The siding has a protective plastic coating on it to keep from getting scratched during shipment. You need to take that off before assembly. I don't recall anything in the directions about doing that so we didn't discover it until we'd already assembled a few of parts. I recommend wearing the provided gloves as the metal is very sharp on the edges and ends and you can easily cut yourself. The finished assembly has safety edges on the shed so sharp edges are all covered by then. The directions weren't bad but they weren't exceptional either. There were both pictures and written instructions. One big plus was the holes lined up well. It did take hours to assemble. The "floor" is two of the shelves at the bottom. The open part of the shed doesn't have a floor but does have two bars to add strength to the shed. The roof has white plugs for the screws to make it water tight and we had a heavy rain right after assembly and it didn't get wet inside. We placed it behind our above ground pool ladder platform on 10 12x12 leveled cement pavers. We had some high winds after putting it there and because it's in a sheltered area, it stayed fine. I plan to put some of the pavers on the flooring to hold it down better. It will work well to store our pool toys such as goggles and volley ball net and ball. Pleased with the quality. Will never do business with Wayfair or Angie’s list again I thought I was buying a premium service to come out and install the pergola professionally upon installing the pergola immediately it started leaking water when it rained I notified the individuals that came out. They informed me that the product was cheap and vulnerable to leaking. when I made Angie’s list aware of this, they told me they would send someone else out to take a look after a week. No one showed up called again to find out that my appointment was pushed out because nobody picked up the order with no notice to me at all so I missed another day of work for this fiasco.
