Love this! Debated about the purchase for a while, but finally went for it, and my cats are in love. Its sturdy and assembly instructions are straight forward. Plenty of room for both of my large cats (about 12-14 lbs each). I added some finer screening around it to keep bugs out (just stapled it to the frame) and created a wood frame that fits inside my window so it can be secured without attaching it to the exterior of my house. It's a decent cage but came with some screws that were not really ideal for putting it together. Also instructions were a little vague but not too hard to figure out and takes longer than 45 minutes to put together even with 2 people even using a power drill. Also power drill is a must since they only made holes on one side of it to put together. Also, there could of been better attachment pieces for the top and bottom without having to add locks on it. I think I received a returned item. The crate did not unfold as per instructions, it was in pieces the hinges were broken bent it’s like someone tried to put it together butchered it sent it back. UPDATE I had an amazing experience with customer service. They immediately promptly issued a replacement fedex came picked up the damaged one. I think these get damaged in transport easily because the new one was almost perfect, it just had a dent in the corner, for which I was offered another replacement but instead I asked for a credit back to which Wayfair agreed to.
