I’m very disappointed with this purchase.
First, it arrived damaged due to improper packaging. The carpet was rolled with tape placed directly on the printed side instead of on the back. When the tape was removed, it pulled the ink off the carpet. This is not tape residue. The design itself is missing where the tape was, and you can see the ink transferred onto the tape. This damage happened before I ever used it.
Second, the quality is far below what the listing suggests. This is advertised as a carpet, but it is not carpet in any real sense. It is a very thin piece of fabric with the logo printed on it. There is no real depth, pile, or texture at all. The lighter shading around the dark areas is just printed on to create the illusion of depth, but the material itself has none.
It also does not look like the images in the listing. The photos make it appear thicker and more dimensional, but in person it is flat, flimsy, and cheap.
Third, the listing describes this as officially licensed, but there are no tags, markings, labels, or any indication anywhere on the product that it is officially licensed.
We wanted to return this item, but the return process on Wayfair was too complicated and they could not clearly guarantee whether or not we would have to pay return shipping. Because of that, we accepted a 20 percent discount and kept the item.
That said, I am not going to use or display it. It will most likely end up being donated to a school or daycare. I am essentially out about $210, and this was a very disappointing experience.. Amanda. Wed Jan 14 2026
