Arrived quickly, no visible damage to box or item- it was packaged securely and very nicely. It is good quality definitely would recommend a plumber to install with the additional functioning components that it has would certainly recommend a plumber. Did not come with paddles as stated. Some screws weren’t long enough. Part to insert in legs before wheel casters would not fit. We had the trim them with a multi tool that has a saw blade.
