We just got this and initially it seems that our cat isn’t sure what to make of it. The construction is sound and it’s easy to charge and comes with a use charger. It is easy to clean and quiet. The wood is strong enough for indoor but I don’t think it would last long outside in the elements. I didn’t use the roofing material that came with it since I have it inside the house. Love this! Debated about the purchase for a while, but finally went for it, and my cats are in love. Its sturdy and assembly instructions are straight forward. Plenty of room for both of my large cats (about 12-14 lbs each). I added some finer screening around it to keep bugs out (just stapled it to the frame) and created a wood frame that fits inside my window so it can be secured without attaching it to the exterior of my house. Does a good job for what it is (very compact and easy to use). Not a good tool for cleaning larger areas (fluid containers are very small) but great for spot treatments. As a past user of full sized portable Bissell carpet cleaners with big fluid tanks, which needed to be plugged into an electrical outlet while in use, I am loving the cordless feature, and ease of emptying and cleaning the fluid compartments (not to mention how little space is needed to store it - could even go on a shelf)..
