Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. I researched many different floor brands (big box stores and online) and got tons of samples. My local flooring store gave me some really big samples to take home for a few days to view in various lighting. I was stuck between the Mannington nougat and praline. I ordered the Crestle from Wayfair and it arrived very quickly in 3 days. However, my toilet while it didn’t appear damaged on the outside from shipping, had a manufacturing defect on the inside where one spot in the bowl had a bad casting gap and led to a crack. I reached out to Wayfair and they promptly sent me a replacement. The new one came just as quick and had no defects on the porcelain. After installation, it went well but after a week of using it, I noticed the reception on the remote is quite poor. Turns out if you’re sitting on the toilet, your body will tend to block the remote rf signal unless the remote is on your right side. Also holding the remote in different positions yielded different results as to whether it was detected or not by the toilet. I reached out to Crestle customer support and was told my solution is to just move the remote closer than it is. That’s kinda not possible and not ideal for the signal to be that weak. There are some other quirks like it auto flushing the second you lift up your leg instead of 10 second delay like the manual states. So in the end, big plus for Wayfair, but thumbs down on Crestle support, and the odd quirks that they couldn’t help me with. Biggest complaints are remote signal strength, and no auto flush delay configuration. 4 stars mainly because of Wayfair, and the price and features of the toilet.
